Georgia Ann (Casteel) Mills, 79, a loving, Christian mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, passed away, Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008 at her home in Mayflower.
She was born Oct. 3, 1928, in Tuckerman, a daughter of the late John Christopher and Mimey Ann (Swan) Casteel. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Grady Mills, Sr.; sisters and brothers, Fred Sexton, Frank, Mid, Tom and "Mack" Casteel, Dovie Hardin, Daisey Brickey, Lydia Raney and Beutha Casteel.
Mrs. Mills was a home maker and was owner and operator of Mills Katfish Inn in Vilonia for 14 years and a member of Centerpoint Freewill Baptist Church in Vilonia.
Survivors are her children, Jo Ann Raney and husband Tim of Mayflower; Michael Lee Mills and wife Linda of Vilonia; Clarence Grady Mills, Jr. and wife Susan of Conway; her sister, Oval Davis of Gillespie, Ill.; grandchildren, Candi and Christopher Mills, Matt, Ashley, and Darren Raney, J. B. Crow, Anthony Fowlkes, Clarence Grady III and Charlie Mills; one great-granddaughter, Brandi Mills ; and a number of nieces and nephews.
