David Allen Hodge, 64, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Tuesday, November 22, 2016 in Ozark.
He was born August 4, 1952 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Veldee and Eleanor Oleson Hodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by a brother, Richard Hodge of Elgin, Illinois, and two sisters, Patricia Cowsert of Bartlett, Illinois and Karen Abbott of Melissia, Texas.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
