Erma Thomas, 77, of Conway went to be with the Lord Friday May 8, 2015. She was born Jan. 1, 1938 in St. Louis, MO to Thomas Lawson Barnes Sr. & Eudora Grace Barnes. Erma loved spending time with her family. She loved her dogs, bluebirds & Pinochle friends. Erma also enjoyed hanging out with her bingo friends, knitting, crochet and puzzles.
She is survived by 2 sons Michael (Katherine) Thomas of Guy and Joe (Cheryl) Thomas of Conway; 3 daughters Karen (Jon) Young of Maumelle, Kim (Charles) Coker of Vilonia, and Kathy Marsden of Vilonia;
Eight grandchildren, Michelle McGee, Jessica Coker, Sarah Franco, Kyrie Ann Thomas, Kayla Marsden, Courtney Marsden, Jodie Houston, and Charley Bridges;
Five great-grandchildren, Chloe McGee, Jackson McGee, Gracie Franco, Dane Bridges, Arabella Houston;
Two sisters, Beverly Moon of Las Vegas and Carolyn Bassler of Tehachapi, CA; and many other extended family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Thomas, her parents, Two brothers Thomas Barnes, Jr., David Barnes, Sr. and a sister Mary Jane Barnes.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday May 13, 2015 at Roller McNutt Funeral home in Conway. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday, May 12, 2015, Burial will follow at Vilonia Cemetery.
