Denzil Max (Denny) Yarbrough Jr., 58, of Little Rock, passed away on Feb. 1, 2010.

He was born April 29, 1951, in Kenosha, Wis.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Yarbrough; his daughter, Elizabeth (Chris) Sears; his father, Denzil (Gean) Yarbrough; his sister, Jane (Richard) Powell; his brother, Terry Yarbrough; and the loves of his life, his grandchildren, Kayla and Hunter Sears.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jane Bostic Yarbrough; and his son, Shannon Max Yarbrough.

Denny served in U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1972.

He was a graduate of UALR and worked at Thomas and Thomas as a certified public accountant since 1983.

Denny was a member of Westover Hills Presbyterian Church.

He served on the Wye Mountain Water Facilities Board.

Denny was a member of the Elks Lodge, AICPA and ASCPA.

Funeral services will be today at 11 a.m. at Westover Presbyterian Church, 6400 Richard B. Hardie Drive, Little Rock.

Interment in Vilonia Cemetery.

Visitation was Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock, Ark., 72204.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society and Westover Presbyterian Church.
