Aug 5, 1932 - Nov 13, 2012

Virginia Lou Mull entered the gates of heaven with shouts of joy on February 14th, 2015 surrounded by the love of her family at home in Vilonia.

Virginia was born October 11, 1932 in Hanna, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Joe Davis, and Emma Stanford.

She was united in marriage to Paul G. Mull on June 5th, 1954. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Paul who passed away on November 13, 2012.

Virginia received her Education degree from Northeastern State College in Tahlequah, OK in 1953, and her master’s degree from Tulsa University in 1969. Virginia loved, and touched the lives of all her many students for thirty years until she and her husband developed Mobile Manor Park and Sales in addition to Virginia Lee Development in Wagoner, OK. In 2004, they both retired and moved to Vilonia to be with their family. God was always the first thing in her life, and she devoted her entire life to His service.

Whether she was directing a choir, teaching Sunday school, or helping cook and clean for the church God was always the most important thing in her life. When she was unable to actively participate she would send notes and cards of encouragement or just a phone call letting the receiver know they were cared about. Her famous quotes to all were, “This too shall pass”, and “God has a plan.” Her mission statement was, “You are a representative of God’s family, and my family, so you are expected to always look, and be your best!” She was always cooking, and blessing so many that crossed her path while spreading God’s joy all around to as many as she could. If you ever met Virginia, you felt like you had known her forever, and she was your best friend. Her greatest attribute was she was the greatest prayer warrior, and anyone that asked her to pray knew she would be on her knees. She could touch the face of God. You could never out give Virginia. Her generosity will never be forgotten by so many that she touched. Above all, Virginia adored her entire family. Each, and everyone had their special place in her heart & she always let them know how special they were.

Virginia is survived by a daughter Deborah Hawks (Eddie), and four grandchildren: Kevin Hawks (Angie), Kristi Hawks, Natalie Hawks, and Bryan Hawks (Jami). Virginia has eight great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

The family wishes a special thanks to Dr. Gina McNew, Mandy Mears, Stacy, and Angela for always taking such wonderful care of Virginia. You are all special people. Also thanks to Hospice for all of their careful attention. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 18th at Roller McNutt Funeral Home with Brother Ken Jordan officiating.

Burial will follow at Vilonia cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Austin Chandler, Jordan Chandler, Tyler Hawks, Nicki White, Jake Steward, and Josh Foster.

Honorary pallbearers include Parker Hawks, Bentley Hawks, Cody Corner, and Cameron White.

Paul Gene Mull, 80, of Vilonia, was escorted to heaven to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. He was born on Friday, August 5, 1932 in Braggs, Oklahoma, to the late Willie Belle Augerhole.
