Herbert Lee Waddle, Sr., 69, of Vilonia, died July 28, 2016
Mr. Waddle was born on May 6, 1947 in Vilonia, Arkansas to the Late J.E. and Edith Pickett Waddle. In addition to his parents, he is also proceeded in death by his brother Othar Waddle.
Mr. Waddle is survived by his children, Karen Cockrum (Chris) of Conway; Herbert Waddle, Jr. (Christy) of Conway; nine grandchildren, Devan Glover (Monica), Alyssa Glover, Justin Cockrum, Keli Cockrum, Noah Waddle, Andrew Waddle, Joshua Waddle, Levi Waddle, and Kayleb Waddle; two great-grandchildren Kylie Glover, Colton Glover; three sisters, Aleen Barker, Florence Sowell (Paul) both of Vilonia; Mary Hernandez (Miguel) of Wooster; and one brother Edward Waddle of McGhee, Arkansas.
Mr. Waddle was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam War Era. He was of the Apostolic Faith, and a member of the Conway United Pentecostal Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held, Saturday, July 30, 2016, 2:00 pm at Conway United Pentecostal Church with Pastor Larry Pearce Officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Services are under direction of Vilonia Funeral Home 1134 Main Street Vilonia, Arkansas 501-796-2275.
