Calvin "Cupe" Cobb, age 89 of Holland, passed away May 17, 2013. He was born on December 15, 1923 to Dewey and Easter (Smith) Cobb at Holland.
He was a retired electrician.
Survivors include his sister, Brenda (Harold) Firestone of Holland; sister in law, Betty Cobb of Concord, CA; 3 nieces; 3 nephews and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 1 nephew. The family would like to thank the staff of Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab and Odyssey Hospice for the exceptional care given to Calvin.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Holland Baptist Church in Holland with Bro. Bill Griffith officiating.
Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Holland with Joe Burns, Adam Cook, Andy Cook, Bobby Ussery, Ronny McGaha, Ronny Cobb and Mike Cobb serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
