Lucille Storey Harness, 87, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on December 14, 2013 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Lucille was born on June 7, 1926 in Mountain View, Arkansas to the late Hubert and Viola (Tinkle) Jessen.
She owned Lucille's Hair Salon in Mountain View, Arkansas for over 45 years and was a member of Red Doors Missionary Baptist Church.
Lucille is survived by two sons, Jerry Storey and wife Renee of Mountain View and Eddie Storey of Fifty-Six, Arkansas; two daughters, Shirley Shipman and husband Ernest and Jody Dayberry both of Mountain View, Arkansas; one sister Inez Whitfield of Mountain View, Arkansas; Six grandchildren, Brad Shipman, Michael Storey, Katie Holland, James Franks, Tom Thomas, and Jim Dayberry and sixteen great-grandchildren, Carly May, Ashton and Hayden Storey, Brady, Kaley, and Kade Shipman, Adam, Justin, and J.J. Dayberry, Kennedy , Karter, and Kash Holland, and Andrew, Alexia, Mason, and Wyatt Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Viola (Tinkle) Jessen; husband, Balfour Storey, and grandson, Jeffery James Storey.
A visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas from 5-7 PM.
Services will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, 2:00PM at Levisy Flat Christian Church in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Interment will follow the services at Levisy Flat Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Officiating the service are Brother Junior Barham and Brother Kenny Kendrick.
Pallbearers are Brad Shipman, Brady Shipman, James Franks, Michael Storey, Heath Holland, Ryan May. and Tom Thomas.
Honorary pallbearers are R.P. Tinkle, Jim Tinkle, and Tommy Tinkle.
