CENTERTON — Gregory D. Driggs, 48, of Centerton passed away Jan. 4, 2014, in Bentonville. He was born May 5, 1965, in Pine Ridge, S.D., and adopted from Nebraska Children's Home Society in December 1965 to Lawrence Dwight and Florence Kohl Driggs.

Gregory formerly worked at Wal-Mart and Glad Corp. While growing up he was a Boy Scout, and played football and was on the wrestling team.

Preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Driggs; his grandparents, Rufus and Emma Driggs, and Frances "Pete" Kohl.

Survived by his children, Tawney and Tobye Driggs of Rogers; his mother, Florence Driggs of Centerton; his sister, Ralynn Yingling and husband, Scott, of Bentonville; maternal grandmother, Nellie Kohl of Superior, Neb.; nieces, Shaey Lusty and Taylor Yingling; and great-niece, MaLia Fisher.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, at God's Light House Church in Bentonville, with the Rev. Leroy Norton officiating. Interment will follow in the Coffelt Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers.

Memorial contributions may be made to Nebraska Children's Home Society.
