Linda Joyce James, 60, of Hartman, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was born July 21, 1955 in Exeter, California to Venith and Alvina Grigg Harden and was preceded in death by her father.

She was an employee of Cargill; a member of Hunt Gospel Tabernacle; and served twenty-five years on the RFD # 8 Hunt Town Fire Department.

She is survived by her husband, Clark James of Hartman; her mother Alvina Harden of Hartman; and a brother Danny Harden of Knoxville, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 22, 2016 at Jackson Cemetery with Brother Leo Villines and Brother John Hodges officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

Serving as pallbearers are Andy, Travis, Donnie, Colton, Cobly, Ricky, Preston, and Logan Pelts. Honorary pallbearers are Bruce Ailstock, and Bobby, Jimmy, and Darrell Harden.
