Shannon the son of Larry and Joy (Edwards) Rainwater.


Shannon Clay Rainwater, 39 of Lynn, died Tuesday, July 14, 2015, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born Dec. 18, 1975, in Jonesboro, he was a lifetime resident of Lynn and a graduate of Lynn High School. He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of the Lynn Church of Christ.

Survivors include his parents, Larry and Joy Edwards Rainwater, Lynn; and a sister, Lanna Hoskins and husband Josh, Plano, Texas.

In 1999 he married Tiffany Fowler. To this union was born son, Lane Rainwater of Strawberry. In 2008 he married Shana Richmond and to this union was born Kipten Rainwater and Everlee Rainwater, all of Lynn; he is also survived by many relatives and friends.

Graveside Service was Monday, July 20, at 1:30 p.m. at Dry Creek Cemetery with Kenny Townsley officiating. House-Gregg Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Shawn Morgan, Dustin Geurin, Danny Morgan, Craig Martin, Mitchell Evans and Jerry Wayne Morgan Jr.
