Springdale — Joe Cortiana, 82, of Tontitown, died Monday in a Little Rock hospital. Born Oct. 23, 1888 in Italy, he was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and a veteran of World War I.

Survivors are one brother, Celeste of Springdale and three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Roso of Oklahoma City, Mrs. Louise Gaiche of Springdale and Mrs. Mary Fiori of Tontitown.

Arrangements will be announced by Sisco Funeral Chapel.
