TULSA, Okla. — Homer Lee Rieff, 86, born on Oct. 10, 1923, in Ondi, passed away Nov. 25, 2009, in Tulsa, Okla. He was the eldest child of five born to Marvin and Exie McClelland Reiff.
During his full life, Homer loved spending time outdoors including hunting, fishing and camping. A retired auto mechanic, Homer is survived by his wife of 62 years, Leatha Ellen Rieff; a son, Ronald G. and wife, Rhonda, of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three grandchildren, Robert Rieff, Ryan Rieff and Rebecca Rieff, all of Tulsa, Okla.; and sister, Joann Carolan of Claremore, Okla.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Dewey Rieff; brother, Earl Rieff; and sisters, Corinne McClelland and Novelle Miller.
Memorial services will be held at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 1 p.m.
