Lawrence Martin Simone, 82, of Bentonville, Ark., died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Ashley Health and Rehab in Rogers. He was born February 4, 1934 in St. Paul, MN to James Simone and Mary Parenti Simone.
He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He loved cars, motorcycles and enjoyed country music.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 9 siblings.
Lawrence is survived by his wife of 56 years, Norma Howe Simone; son, Larry Simone and wife, Denise; daughter, Barbara Simone both of Bentonville; four grandchildren, Sarah Greenbank and husband, Jeff, Patrick Carson and wife, Jessica, Tommy Simone, Ray Simone all of Bentonville and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00PM, Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
Funeral Prayer Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers with Deacon Ronnie Hoyt officiating.
Burial will be at 11:00AM, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Cotter, Arkansas.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers. Words of comfort may be made to stockdalefuneral.com
