Steven Leon Greene Of Calico Rock, Arkansas
Steven Leon Greene, son of the late Leon Greene and Pauline Myers Greene, was born September 1, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He departed this life March 21, 2016 in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 65 years, 6 Months and 20 days. He was united in marriage to Sharon Patterson July 16, 1986 in Columbus, Mexico and to this union two children were born. He spent his life as a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, provider and friend. During his working years he was employed at Cabot Corporation in Pampa, Texas, retiring after thirty-three years. He was of the Church of Christ Faith.
He is survived by his wife: Sharon Greene of the home; two children: Shawn Greene of Calico Rock, Arkansas and Shana Reese (Shane) of Amarillo, Texas; one sister: Ginger Howe (Dwight) of Amarillo, Texas; two grandchildren: Seth Greene of Calico Rock, Arkansas and Ryland Reese of Amarillo, Texas; one brother-in-law: Dale Patterson of Pampa, Texas; one sister-in-law: Linda Patterson of Pampa, Texas and a host of many other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be Thursday, March 24 at 2 p.m. at Calico Rock Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, March 24 beginning at 12 noon. Burial will be at Spring Creek Cemetery under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.

Pallbearers: Shawn Greene, Seth Greene, Dwight Howe, Dale Patterson, Shane Reese and Logan Inman.
