King Corona, 75-year-old resident of Route 2, Gentry, Ark., died Wednesday, January 10, at his home following in extended illness.
He was born February 5, 1903 in Bakersfield, Calif., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Corona. He was a retired truck driver and had lived in the area since 1976 moving here from Bakersfield.
He is survived by: his widow, Gladys of the home; one brother, John T. Corona of Bakersfield, Calif.; one stepson, Donald L. Kelly of Santa Rosa, Calif.; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Zelda Montez Ramsland of Kenwood, Calif., Mrs. Marie Privitt of Lincoln, Ark., and Mrs. Olene Harvey of Springdale, Ark.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, January 12, at the Wasson Memorial Chapel with Dr. Elmer Malcolm officiating.
Burial was in the Flint Cemetery under the direction of the Wasson Funeral Home.
