Julia Jane Dunaway, 94, of Conway died Saturday (March 30, 2002) at Faulkner Nursing Center.
Born Oct. 1, 1907, in Conway, daughter of the late Louis Sharpe and Lela Witt Dunaway, she was a longtime employee of Conway Corp., a member of First Baptist Church in Conway and a graduate of Central College for Girls (CBC) and UCA.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Alan Witt Dunaway and Dr. Louis S. Dunaway Jr.
Survivors are three nephews, Gene Dunaway of Charleston, S.C., William Dunaway of St. Louis and Louis Dunaway III of Conway; three great-nephews, Dr. Trayser Dunaway, Rhett Dunaway and Sharpe Dunaway; and several great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Grove Cemetery with Dr. R. Dale Wicker officiating. Burial will be by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church.
