December 10, 1904 - September 29, 1973
W. O. (Bill) White, former Camden resident, died Saturday in Shreveport, La., where he had lived for many years. He was active in oil and gas operations until his retirement. He was the husband of the former Ethel Gaughan of Camden. Funeral service were to be held Monday morning at Shreveport, with graveside services at Memorial Park in Camden to be held at 1:30 p.m. Besides his wife, Mr. White is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William J. Curtin of Chevy Chase, Md., and Sister Anne White of New York City, and four grandchildren. (Camden News - October 1, 1973)
