Percy M. Coston, 65, of 209 Hilltop, died Monday at 9:30 p.m. in a local hospital. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Gay Coston; a son, Floyd Coston of Memphis; three daughters, Helen of the home, Joy Clementene Sherman of El Dorado and Dorothy Rouse of Stigler, Okla.; two sisters, Virgie Chance of Shreveport and Lorene Mosley of Bearden and a brother, Tommy Coston of Camden; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home. (Camden News - November 24, 1970)
