Cynthia Louella Bailey of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away July 13, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 67. She was born January 21, 1949, in Dickenson County, Virginia, the daughter of David and Mary Rose Bailey.
A Funeral Service for Cynthia Louella Bailey of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Bishop Tom Fox officiating. Visitation will be Monday, July 18, 2016, 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery, Gassville, Arkansas.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
