Minnie was the daughter of Franklin Craig Bartlett and Mary White. She was first married in 1902 to Joel Arthur "Joe" Chivers who died before 1904 then she married Henry Clay Bowman. Minnie was the mother of 1903 Durward S. Chiver who died tragically in an auto accident in 1939.
