Mr. Robert "Bobby" Barth, 85, of Gravette, Ark. departed this life on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at Ozark Community Hospital in Gravette, Ark.
Bobby entered this life on May 15, 1929 in Peru, Kan., to the late Charles and Mae (Whited) Barth. Bobby worked as a self employed plumber and as an accountant. He had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area since 1968. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers and two sons; Jimmie Lee and Terry Barth.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Joyce Barth, of the home; a son Robert "Bob" Barth and wife, Vicki, of Noel, Mo.; a granddaughter, Jennifer Yeager and husband, Matt, of Bentonville, Ark.; and a great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Yeager, with another great-grandchild, Emily Katherine expected in September; a brother, Richard Barth, of Noel, Mo.; and a daughter-in-law, Rhonda Barth, of Southwest City, as well as host of other family and friends.
Graveside funeral services for Mr. Robert Barth were held Saturday, May 2, 2015, in the Butler Creek Cemetery near Sulphur Springs, Ark., with Pastor Mary Lou Toft officiating. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers were Bob Barth, John Combs, Bob Combs, Henry McMahan, Kenneth Armstrong and David Combs. The family received friends on Friday, May 1 in the Ozark Funeral Home chapel in Noel, Mo.
