Mrs. Eula Gordy Dunaway, 82, of Conway died Thursday (Oct. 23, 1997) at her home.
Born Aug. 22, 1915, in Conway, daughter of Fred and Annie Kirven Gordy, she was the widow of Dr. Edwin L. Dunaway. Mrs. Gordy attended Hendrix College and was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was a charter member and past president of Chapter E of PEO, former president of the Twentieth Century Club, a member of the Conway Garden Club and served on the board of directors of Security Savings and Loan Association.
Survivors are a daughter, Nancy Lee Dunaway of Hot Springs; a sister, Molly Gordy Riffel of Conway; a brother, Dr. Fred Gordy of Conway; and a grandchild.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery. Burial will be by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway
