Olen C. Elzie, 78, of Farmington died Saturday, April 22, 1995, at Washington Regional Medical Center.

Born April 14, 1917, a son of John Bunch and Emmeline Elzie, he was a retired carpenter and a lifetime resident of the area.

Survivors are his wife, Gladys Elzie of the home; four stepsons, Keith Jones of Springdale and Doyle, Phillip and Ricky Jones, all of Fayetteville; two brothers, Keith and Gene Elzie, both of Oklahoma City; a sister, Donnie Lynn of Niles, Mich.; 11 stepgrandchildren; and five great-stepgrandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Son's Chapel under the direction of Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Maxine Elzie, 52 of Fayetteville died in a local hospital this morning. She was born Jan. 19, 1920 in Baldwin, the daughter of Harry and Edith Trammell Couch.

She is survived by her husband, Olin of the home; her father, Harry Couch of Fayetteville and a brother Jack Couch, also of Fayetteville.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Nelson's Funeral Home.

Married August 31, 1943
