SPRINGDALE — Zo Rella Parsons, 69, went to be with Jesus and other loved ones on February 24, 2010, at the Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas.

She was born on June 21, 1940, in Prairie Grove to Denver and Ruby Broughton Poston. She was preceded in death by both her father and mother.

She is survived by her husband of nine years, Wendell Parsons, and by her sons: Richard Seals (Rhonda) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; Ronald Seals (Melanie) of Fort Denaud, Florida; Randy Brown (Andrea) of Rogers, Arkansas and David Brown (Sarai) of Rogers, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Zo was a member of Rivers of Mercy Family Worship Center where she and her husband operated an outreach ministry by taking clothing and household items to local people in need, and was active in the annual "Feed the People" program.

Zo's lifelong goal was to save lost souls by sharing the Word of Christ, whether in grocery stores, Wal-Marts, restaurants or anywhere.

Funeral services will be today, Monday, March 1, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Chapel with burial in Sons Chapel Cemetery in Fayetteville, with Rev. David Gosvener officiating under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to www.memfuneral.com.
