KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Philip Conley Stuart, 63, of Kansas City, Kan., died Sunday, September 6, 1992, at Monticello. He was born June 16, 1929, at Fayetteville, the son of Gilbert and Mary Brown Stuart. He was with the Board of Public Utilities of Kansas City, Kan., and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by one sister, Thelma Karnes of Monticello, Arkansas; one aunt, Mae Brown of Fayetteville; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Son's Chapel Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Moore's Chapel with the Rev. Kirk D. Beatty officiating.
