FAYETTEVILLE — Marleen McKeehan Venema, 76, of Fayetteville died Feb. 8, 2008, at Circle of Life Hospice, after a long struggle with Huntington's Disease. She was born June 4, 1931, in Fayetteville to Lillian Grettelle Durham and Leon Lomax McKeehan.
She was an occupational therapist and a member of First Baptist Church of Fayetteville.
Survivors include a son, Chris Venema; three daughters, Karen Hunter, Kathryn Venema and Kimberly Puckett; one sister, Mateel Gray of Dallas.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Fayetteville with the family present.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Burial will be in Sons Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Beards Chapel, online at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
