June 14, 1904 - October 14, 1976
Bentley J. Dalton, 72 of White Oak Lake, Chidester, died Oct. 14 in a Dallas, Tex. hospital after a short illness. Mr. Dalton was born June 14, 1904 in Stephens, Ark., the son of Mattie Gena and Peter John Dalton. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home. Burial will be in Camden Memorial Park by Proctor's. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lavirle Dalton of White Oak Lake; one son, James Eldridge Dalton of Dallas, Tex.; two brothers, Dr. Perry J. Dalton of Camden and Dallas H. Dalton of North Little Rock, three sisters, Mrs. Elby Coston of Sparkman, Mrs. Katie Mae Crain of Robstown, Tex. and Mrs. Coy Granger of Little Rock; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
