Rose Ellen Belk, age 78, of Conway, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2005. Born November 18, 1926 in Martinville, a daughter of the late Clarence and Myrtle McKenzie Brewer, Rose was a homemaker and member of Meadowlake Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Lee Belk, one daughter, Helen Belk Allen, one brother, Howard Brewer, and one sister, Mary Cantwell.
Survivors include two daughters, Rosa Lee Collins of Holland, Margaret Cupit of Conway; two brothers, Carroll Brewer of Conway, Gene Brewer of Beebe; one sister, Alice Simpson of Beebe; four grandchildren, Dale and Tommy Collins, both of Conway, Tami Threet of Little Rock, and Jamie Cupit of Conway; and five great-grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah, Rebekah, Kara, and Tara Collins.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway. Visitation is Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Pallbearers will be Moose Brewer, Ricky Brewer, Jim West, Curtis Brewer, Tim Brewer, and Wayne Sellers. Honorary pallbearer will be Don Cantwell.
