Carl Franklin Knowlton, Sr. 69 of Conway died Thursday (June 30, 2005). He was born in Success, Arkansas to the late Elmer and Pearlee Wisdom Knowlton. He was a self-employed Construction Worker, an Auctioneer, a retired Minster with the United Pentecostal Church International and a member of the Pentecostals of Russellville.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Mary Marcella Knowlton, six daughters, Carolyn Reynolds, Davida Summitt and Saundra Corrons all of Russellville, Delinda Reynolds of Quitman, Taleda McKee and Tasha Knowlton both of Conway, three sons, Carl F. Knowlton Jr. of Cabot, Roger of Lonoke and David of Stigler, Oklahoma, brother, Elmer Glen Knowlton of Wichita, Kansas, half-brother Buren Knowlton of Donaphin, Missouri, seventeen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter and a great grandson.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at the Pentecostals of Russellville Church in Russellville with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway with Revs. Charles McKinnis, Melvin Clifford and Tony Reynolds officiating. Memorials may be made to the Pentecostals of Russellville.
Pallbearers are Carey and Cody Knowlton, T. J., Heath and Joshua Reynolds, Nathaniel Corrons, Caleb Welch and Renny Perez. Arrangements by Roller-McNutt Conway
