Marilyn Hope Benton, 66, of Little Rock, died Thursday (Aug. 9, 2001) at Four Oaks Living Center.
Born Aug. 15, 1934, in Conway, to H.L. Benton and Marie McMillen Benton, she was an administrative assistant with the state government and a member of the Pulaski Heights Methodist Church. She attended the Kearney Dietz Sunday School Class and the Draughn School of Business.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Scales and a brother, Mac Benton.
Survivors are a sister and brother-in-law, Nina and Stanley Russ of Conway; special friends, Jack and Sarah Sanders of Little Rock and the members of the Kearney Dietz Sunday School Class.
Graveside service was Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Jeffrey Hampton officiating.
