FRANKLIN – Eathel Grimes, 87, of Franklin died Sunday, April 10, 2005, in a Sidney nursing home. Born July 22, 1917, at Love, she was the daughter of Harvey Parks and Mary Liza McAnally Lankford.
She was a homemaker and worked with her husband in logging and farming.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Grimes; a brother, Harvey Lankford; a sister, Veldie Cowart; and a great-grandson, Jeremy Smith.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Noble Wiles officiating.
Burial will be in Roberts Cemetery near Franklin.
