Robert Lee Dotson 81 of Conway passed away on Monday, June 28, 2010. He was born on July 31, 1928 to the late Arthur Claire and Ruby Myrtle Dotson.
He was married to his wonderful wife Lola Mae Dotson for 56 years. He served in the Korean War. He was a cement mason for over 40 years. He loved spending time in the outdoors hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by a son, Tim Dotson and wife Lori of Conway, grandchildren; Bobby, James, and Amanda Dotson, a great granddaughter; Caylee Dotson. He is also survived by brother in laws and very special friends R.V. Loyd and wife Mary, and Azle Loyd and wife June of Oklahoma and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Claire Dotson, and Ruby Myrtle Dotson, brothers; Bill and Edward Claire Dotson, sisters; Ruth Balliett, and Golda Clymer.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday July 1 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway under the direction of Roller-McNutt funeral home. There will be no visitation.
