Karri Ann Haywood Baker, 39, of Germantown, Tenn., was a sales representative for Curtis Stout and attended Kirby Woods Baptist Church in Germantown.
She is survived by a daughter, Kennedy of the home; parents, Paul and Elizabeth Haywood of Corning; sister, Paula (Matt) Moore of Oxford, Miss.; and her maternal grandmother, Ruth Shipman Duff.
Services were held at Ermert Funeral Home of Corning. Burial was in Corning Cemetery.
