Married Carolyn July 3, 1959
Mr. Charlie Edwin Jones, 74, of Maynard, AR., passed away Sunday at Saint Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR.
He was a retired drywall finisher and painter who enjoyed working in the yard, playing with grand-children, and watching baseball, hockey, and Nascar. He was a member of First Apostolic Church in Corning, AR.
He married his wife Carolyn Ann (Gilbert) Jones on July 3, 1959, she survives.
Other survivors include one son Chuck Jones of Maynard, AR.; one daughter Angela Jones of Pollard, AR.; mother Geneva Ellen (Crowell) Jones of Maynard, AR.; two sisters Donna Romine of Paragould, AR., Sharon Bratcher of Batesville, AR.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Willis Albert Jones.
Funeral services were in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Corning Cemetery.
