Hershell Huckabee, 60, of Corning, passed away June 10, 2011 at home.

He was a head sawyer for Black's Lumber Company in Corning.

On March 12, 1979 he was united in marriage to Holly Rudel (Cox) Huckabee. She survives.

Other survivors include son Nicholas Huckabee of Corning; daughter Crystal (Robert) Williams of Corning; four brothers Robert, Norman, Randal, and Gary Huckabee all of Rockford, IL; four sisters Francis Skimahorn of Imboden, Sherry Armstrong of Rockford, Vickie Muarman of Rockford, and Frankie Jacobson of Machesney Park, IL; three grandchildren Alison, Cody, and Carter Williams.

He was preceded in death by parents Kenneth Eugene and Corrie Lucille (Johnson) Huckabee.

Graveside service were held at Corning Cemetery with Herbert Ellis officiating.
