HOT SPRINGS — Nelma Witcher, 75, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, at home at Hot Springs.
Ms. Witcher was a tax accountant and worked for the ASCS Office and State Farm Insurance at Corning for E.W. Poe. She was a member of Cross Gate Center Baptist Church at Hot Springs.
On July 22, 1950, she was united in marriage to Glenn Witcher. He survives.
Other survivors include one son, Rick Witcher and wife Paula of Trussville, Ala.; two daughters, Janet Waudell and husband Tom of Ironton, Mo., and Donna Thacker and husband Steve of Hot Springs; sister, Wilma Doll Cochran of Corning; brother, Charles Lee of Peoria, Ill.; 10 grandchildren, Rhett, Amber and Ryan Witcher, Tom, Adam and Alyssa Waudell, Amanda Waudell-Day, Catherine Wayment, and Katie and Sam Thacker; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Mazie Lee.
At Davis-Smith Funeral Home of Hot Springs, visitation will be tonight from 6-8 with services Sunday at 2 p.m.
At Ermert Funeral Home of Corning, visitation will be at noon Wednesday with services to follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Corning Cemetery.
