SFC Neff was born Nov 30, 1951 in Phillipsburg, Penn and was married to Ubon Mirasing on April 20, 1973 in Thailand.
Mr Neff had been in the armed forces since September 1970.
He is survived by his wife, Ubon Neff; Two sons, Ronnie Jack Neff, and Att Neff, both of the home.
His father, Jack Neff of Corning; two brothers, Danny Neff & George Neff; five sisters, Carol Hunt, Gloria James, Jackie Cooper, and Kim Neff, all of Corning. and Kathy Brooks of Benton Harbor Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Neff September 17, 1980.
