FAYETTEVILLE — James E. Oxford, 58, of Fayetteville died Sept. 12. 2006, at the Veterans Affairs Medical
Center in Fayetteville. He was born Oct. 16, 1947, in Fayetteville to the late Bert and Lola Gray Oxford. He was an Army veteran. He was a chef.
Survives include two sisters, Peggy Morris of Prairie Grove and Mary Watkins of Chaska, Minn.; one brother, Jack Oxford of Fayetteville.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville with the Rev. Roger Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
The family receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to HOPE, 210 S. Thompson St., Suite 5, Springdale, 72764.
