"Mrs. Myrtle Barnes, 73, Rt. 4, Camden, died Sunday morning in a local hospital. She was the widow of Paul D. Barnes. She was a lifelong resident of Ouachita County and a Methodist. She is survived by two sons, Gerald D. Barnes and L. G. Barnes, both of Camden; one sister, Mrs. Esther Lusby and one brother, H. P. Goad of Camden; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Proctor's Chapel with burial in Greenwood Cemetery."
