MELBOURNE — Alice Marie Struble Wells, 69, of Melbourne died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, in Calico Rock.
Born Sept. 7, 1940, in Abingdon, Ill., she was the daughter of Joseph and Helen Simmonson Struble. She had worked at Wilson's Food in Monmouth, Ill., and at Jr. Food Mart in Melbourne.
Survivors include two sons, Timothy Wells of Bentonville and Jimmie Wells Jr. of Kirkwood, Ill.; three daughters, Robin Reynolds of Burlington, Iowa, Rhonda Killinger of Springdale and Roxanne Mullen of Florida; three brothers, James Struble of Lomax, Ill., Bob Struble of Burlington and Dave Struble of Rio, Ill.; a sister, Janet Struble of Galesburg, Ill.; 20 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Tommy Struble; a grandson, Scott Killinger; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Howard Memorial Chapel in Melbourne. Arrangements are by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Reynolds, Jim Linze, Clovis Vest, Bill O'Bryant, Celia Linze and Dave Struble.
