Mr. Tommy Edward Cartwright, 47, of Corning, AR., passed away Friday, August 17, 2012 in Farmington, MO. Mr. Cartwright was born in Osceola, AR., on April 27, 1965. He was a sub-contractor for Universal Builders. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors. He was of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his fiancée and companion of 11 years Dana Hunt of Corning, AR.; one son Peyton Cartwright of Corning, AR.; two stepsons Brett Hunt of Brookland, AR., Christopher Myers of Pocahontas, AR.; his mother Linda Francis (Cook) Cartwright of Ravenden Springs, AR.; one brother Vance Lee Cartwright, II and wife Regina of Ravenden Springs, AR.; two sisters Angela and husband Tommy Benton of Lepanto, AR., Melinda and husband Felix Smith of Wilson, AR.; aunt Joyce and husband Harold Cox of Ravenden Springs, AR.; in-laws Roy Hunt and wife Carol of Corning, AR.; Shelly and husband Martin Johnson of Corning, AR. several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Vance Lee Cartwright, I.; grandparents Harold and Lillian Cook, Roy and Lillie Cartwright.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Smith and Alan Young officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, August 20, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
