Douglas D. Wilson
Douglas D. Wilson, age 51, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Doug was born May 27, 1964 in Harrison, Arkansas to Devoe and Dorothy (Berringer) Wilson. He was a 1982 graduate of Western Grove High School and had been employed at Claridge Wood Products.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa of the home; two sons: Eric Wilson and Clayton Wilson, both of Jasper, Arkansas;
two daughters: Sarah Wilson and Cara Wilson, both of Yellville, Arkansas; one grandson, Easton Wilson; his mother, Dorothy, of Pindall, Arkansas; one sister, De Wanda Bolin of Bellefonte, Arkansas; and one brother, Dennis Wilson of Harmon, Arkansas.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his father, Devoe; and one sister, De Vonda Martin.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 5:00 -7:00 pm at Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Victory Baptist Church in Yellville, Arkansas with Bro. Kent Goodall officiating.
Interment will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Yellville.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Barrett, Curtis Barrett, Jake Kelley, Jared Kelley, Eric Wilson, and Clayton Wilson.
