Paul Therisaud, the well known farmer living northwest of town, died Friday from injuries received from falling 32 feet in a well he was cementing on the George Bond place west of Centerton. The funeral was largely attended, many attending from Bentonville. He was buried under the auspices of the K.P. Lodge in the New Home cemetery. He is survived by his widow and one son, Paul, Jr., who is a student in the University of Arkansas. Mr. Therisaud was born in France and came to this country about thirty years ago. He was one of the first cement workers in this section and had the contract for the cement culvert and cement bridgework on the Frisco railway when it was built through this county.

Paul Therisaud, a well known farmer living on Route 4 out of Bentonville, died last Thursday afternoon, the result of injuries sustained when he fell to the bottom of a well on which he was working the day previous. He had taken the contract to cement a dry well on the farm of Geo. Bond west of Centerton and was just ready to be lowered when the rope broke and he fell to the bottom, a distance of 32 feet, receiving internal injuries. He was 54 years old and is survived by his wife and one son, Paul Therisaud, a student in the University of Arkansas. The deceased was a native of France.
