Joe Patrick, 54, of Springdale died Wednesday, May 26, 2004, at Springdale. He was born Aug. 28, 1949, in Delhi, La., the son of L.O. and Sue Worthy Patrick. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Springdale and owned and operated Joe Pat Enterprises. He had worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone for 23 years.
Joe is survived by his wife, Dorothy "Dean" Patrick of the home; one son, Sean Patrick of Springdale; two daughters, Ruann Baum of Dallas, Texas, and Brandi Shepard of Springdale; two granddaughters, Whitney and Brooklyn Baum; three brothers, L.O. Patrick Jr., John Patrick and Ronnie Patrick, all of Like Village; two sisters, Millie Austin of Hamburg and Suzie Moss of Little Rock.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 28, 2004, at First Assembly of God Church in Springdale with the Rev. Bob Fant and David Fuller officiating. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the First Assembly of God Church in Springdale.
Arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale.
Active pallbearers are David Fulfer, Steve Smith, Eddie Boyd, Joseph Hayes, Mark Jones and Howard Carter.
Honorary pallbearers are Bob Roberts, Harry Hamilton, Wendall Adams, Tom Hayes and Tom McElroy.
