Stephen Wayne Morris, 48, died at his home in Vilonia Thursday, October 12, 2006. Stephen was born January 15, 1958 in Conway to Frank Morris and Emogene Smith Morris.
Stephen painted horse trailers for Bonanza Trailers and was a mechanic by trade. He spent his free time tooling around the shop, doing paint and body work, and antiquing. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a Mason with the El Paso Masonic Lodge.
Stephen is preceded in death by his grandparents Francis Marion and Jessie Lyman Morris and Chloria (Ma) and Cecil Smith. He is survived by his wife Brenda (Gill) Morris of Vilonia, son Brandon Morris and girlfriend Brandi "Baby Girl" Compton of Vilonia, "#2 son" Toby Gongluff, his parents Emogene Smith Morris of Wooster and Frank Morris of Morrilton, siblings Diana Carmichael, Marion Sublett, Donna Presley, Marsha Morgan, Stacy Hewitt, and Stephanie Morris, all of Wooster.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 16 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Funeral Home-Conway, with Bro. Ken Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Holland.
