Ralph "Bud" Coleman September 8, 1925 - April 23, 2012

Mr. James Ralph “Bud” Coleman, 86, of Corning, AR., passed away Monday, April 23, 2012 at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, AR. Mr. Coleman was born in Biggers, AR., on September 8, 1925. He was a carpenter and farmer who loved to work. He attended Moark Highway Tabernacle.

He married his wife Elnora (Stevens) Coleman on October 4, 1952. She survives. Other survivors include one son Bill Coleman of Marion, AR.; one daughter Beverly and husband Bo Rives of Orange, TX.; one brother Bob Coleman of Corning, AR.; three grandchildren Laura and husband Eric Shelton of Jonesboro, AR., Mark Malone and wife Angela of Corning, AR., Michelle and husband Delbert McNew of Naylor, MO.; five great-grandchildren Drew Shelton, Carter Shelton, Mark Malone, Jr., Nicholas McNew, Alexander McNew; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Allie Newton and Viria Mae (Lester) Coleman; one brother Willis “Little” Coleman; and one sister Juanita Pritchard.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel Reverends Billy Snow and Bill Meadors officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 6:00 until 9:00 PM.
