Archie E. Coggins, 63, of Rogers, died Friday, May 21, at St. Mary's Hospital.
He was born Sep 18, 1929, at Calico Rock to Orbie Dorthel Coggins and Eva Ray Lackey. He was a Korean War Army veteran. He moved to here in 1978 from Calico Rock and worked at Tyson Food of Rogers.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Coggins; three step sons, Larry D. Bolton of Bentonville, Bob Bolton of Rogers and James D. Bolton of Tulsa, OK; two daughters Debra Sue Laxton of Cauldfield, MO and Tina Marie Olson of Jordon; four brothers, Darrell Ray Coggins of Calico Rock, Frank Coggins of Springfield, MO and Orbie and James Coggins of Manson, WA; two sisters Gusty May Satterfield of Gassville and Sara Hall of Dolph; five grandchildren; and eight step grandchildren.
Funeral is set for 10AM Monday at Burns Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas H. Gripka officiating. Commital service and burial are to be 2PM Tuesday at Galatia Cemetery in Norfork. Visistaion is set for 1-9:93PM Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Burns Funeral Home, Rogers.
