Henry "Coy" Grice, 79, of London, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013, at his home.
He was born February 19, 1934, in Halls, Tennessee, the son of Paul and Mamie Patrick Grice.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Edna Grice; son, Roy Grice; parents; 2 brothers, James Monroe Grice and Gene Grice; and 4 sisters, Lucille Scott, Louise Brewer, Pauline Gipson and Georgia Scott.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Lillian and husband James Blackburn, and Kathryn Grice and Troy Grigsby, all of London; 6 grandchildren, Jayson Bailey, Angela Porrelo, Corey Grigsby, Robert Grigsby, Sherry Black and Jimmy Grice; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Margie Grice and Francis Grice; and a brother, Johnny Grice.
Graveside service and burial is 10:00 AM Thursday, September 5, at Shiloh Cemetery with Bro. Slinker and Bro. Ladell officiating. Arrangements are by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Lemley Chapel.
Pallbearers are Jayson Bailey, Cory Grigsby, Robert Grigsby, Troy Grigsby, Jimmy Grice and Don Blackburn.
