Colton Blake Barker, age 16, of Fouke, Arkansas, died Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Fouke from injuries received in an auto accident. Colton was born November 8, 1992, at Texarkana, Texas and had lived all of his life in Fouke. He attended Mercy and Grace Fellowship in Fouke and was to be a Junior at Fouke High School this fall. He was a member of the Fouke High School Football and Baseball team. Survivors include his mother, Sheila Lawrence Barker of Fouke, Arkansas, his father, David Barker of Fouke, Arkansas, one brother, Hunter Barker of Fouke, Arkansas, one sister, Kaylin Barker of Fouke, Arkansas, his grandparents, Don and Shirley Lawrence of Texarkana, Arkansas, and John and Vivian Barker of Fouke, Arkansas, his great-grandmother, Evelyn Stringer of Texarkana, Arkansas, and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Lavon Piker officiating. Burial will be at East Memorial Gardens under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
